Luo Lili graduated from the Rehabilitation Department at Jia Mu Si University. Before joining LIH Olivia’s Place, she worked in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Hei Long Jiang Rehabilitation Hospital for over 8 years. Luo Lili has rich experience in both domestic and international clinical work. In addition to being a practicing occupational therapist, she is a trainer with the qualification of “Intermediate Technician Rehabilitation Therapist.” She is skilled in activity-based and play-mediated therapeutic games in various settings. Luo Lil’s main interests are early screening, identification and intervention of high risk children aged 0 to 3, as well as occupational therapy for children with motor developmental delay, cerebral palsy, autism, other common conditions. She is a member of the Pediatric Cerebral Palsy Relief Association.

Dr. Ru-Chi Yang earned a Ph. D. degree in Counseling Psychology from Gannon University (Pennsylvania, US) and a M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology from University at Albany, State University of New York. She also holds a B.S. degree in Nursing from Taiwan. Dr. Yang is a licensed psychologist, a health service provider in psychology, and a registered play therapist-supervisor in the United States. She is also a licensed nurse in Taiwan. Additionally, she is a member of the Association for Play Therapy (APT) and graduated from the APT Leadership Academy in 2012. While obtaining her MS degree and teaching license, she worked as a program specialist for children with developmental disabilities. She served on IEP teams, assessing children and creating goals, objectives, and behavioral support plans. She interacted with children in both residential and educational settings. Serrina has experience working with children and young adults with various diagnoses including traumatic brain injuries, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, disruptive behavior disorders, developmental delays, and mixed expressive/receptive language disorder. Serrina received Developmental Disabilities Certification through Minot University (US) in 2013 became a certified Crisis Prevention Institute instructor in 2014. Most recently, Serrina has taught elementary students in Beijing. She wholly believes in a holistic approach to teaching, where the focus is on the development of the child.
